The passages you quote (from El Plan de Aztlan and El Plan de Santa Barbara) are right, exact and abosolutely true! Europeans, who incidentally are a global minority, have historically brutalized and pillaged all non-Eurpoean peoples throughout the earth. It's not racist to acknoledge this.  You may not like how it sounds or reads but you cannot deny it because it is the cold, hard truth.
