Antonio Villaraigosa whose nationality is not Mexican, is shown in this picture behind a waving Mexican flag when he uttered the above nice words to a crowd of flag waving, mostly Mexican Nationalists -- in his speech at this rally, he  made it a point to never mention that he's proud to be American.
